Product and service information
Mesh counts, frame sizes, tension levels and stretching methods are described for guidance only and may vary according to print job requirements, substrate, ink type and screen setup. MeshMaster supplies mesh and pre-stretched frames for screen printers across Johannesburg, Pretoria, Durban, Cape Town, Gqeberha and other areas in South Africa.
Any service description, including New Frame Stretching, Frame Re-Stretching, Mesh Count Matching, Tension Checking, Frame Clean Prep and Mesh Bonding, is subject to confirmation at enquiry stage. We may recommend a different mesh count or frame specification where it better suits the intended print application. Minor variances can occur and are part of normal trade practice.
- Specifications are subject to application and availability
- Advice given through the site is general only
- Final suitability must be confirmed before production starts
Orders, enquiries and dispatch
The website supports enquiries only. Any order, quotation, lead time or dispatch arrangement becomes binding only when confirmed directly by MeshMaster or Astros Marketing (Pty) Ltd on behalf of MeshMaster. Dispatch packing, repeat order service and screen setup advice are provided as part of our normal trade process, but timelines can change due to workload, transport conditions, load-shedding or supplier delays.
We serve customers from our Germiston base and support deliveries to surrounding areas including the East Rand and Midrand. For coastal orders, customers should allow for extra care in storage and handling due to humidity and salt air, especially for prepared frames and mesh stored before use.
- Enquiries do not create a contract on their own
- Confirmed orders may depend on stock, sizing and technical checks
- Delivery timing may vary due to road, weather or power interruptions
Returns, inspection and screen condition
Screen mesh and stretched frames should be inspected on receipt. If there is any concern about count, tension, bonding, frame condition or packing damage, notify us promptly through the contact page so the issue can be reviewed. Screens that have been used, altered, washed, exposed to excessive chemicals, or stored badly after delivery may not be suitable for assessment in the same way as new stock.
Because screen-printing results depend on handling, exposure, cleaning and storage, MeshMaster cannot accept responsibility for faults caused by incorrect use after delivery. Screen inspection and tension checking are intended to reduce avoidable issues, but they do not replace proper workshop care.
- Check items immediately after delivery
- Keep screens clean, dry and out of direct contamination
- Report visible defects without delay
