How to send an enquiry
Use the enquiry form on this page and include what you need, where it needs to go, and whether you are ordering new frames, re-stretching, or matching mesh counts for an existing setup. The clearer the details, the quicker we can advise on the right mesh, frame size and tensioning approach for your job.
If you are not sure of the exact mesh count, tell us what you are printing and what substrate you are working on. We can help with common screen-printing ranges for textile work, finer detail printing, and mesh that suits heavier ink deposits or more open prints.
Details that help us reply faster
When you complete the form, please add the following where possible:
- Your name and company name
- The town or city for delivery or collection
- Mesh count required, or the type of print job
- Frame size, quantity, and whether you need new stretch or re-stretching
- Any notes on tension, frame condition, or batch screen prep
Photos of worn screens, damaged frames, or existing mesh can also help, especially if you need a like-for-like replacement or matching set. A quick note on your printing method is useful too, because mesh selection and tension can change from job to job.
Response times and order handling
Our team in Germiston works through enquiries during normal business hours and we aim to respond quickly, often on the same working day. If your request comes in after hours or over a busy production period, we will answer as soon as we are back at the bench and can check the details properly.
For repeat orders, batch screen prep or screen inspection requests, please mention the previous setup so we can keep the specification consistent. That saves time and helps avoid avoidable rework.

If a screen has lost tension, lifted at the edges, or no longer holds registration as it should, tell us what you are seeing and we will advise on the best next step. A neat frame and proper mesh tension makes a real difference on press, especially on repeat jobs.
Meet the Germiston team
MeshMaster has been serving South African print shops since 2008, with day-to-day support from a small team that knows the practical side of screen preparation. Mandla Ndlovu oversees the business, while Ayesha Patel handles sales enquiries, Thabo Mokoena leads frame stretching, Lerato Maseko coordinates customer support, Johan van der Merwe manages logistics, and Nokuthula Khumalo provides technical advice.
When you send your enquiry form, it reaches the right person for the job. That means less back-and-forth and quicker answers for supply, sizing and production questions.
